Internet Explorer users having trouble loading the floor plan?
If you do not have Flash enabled in your Internet browser, you may experience problems loading the floor plan.
Follow these brief instructions to ensure Flash is enabled on your browser.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons. Click on Enable or Disable Add-ons.
Select Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer from the drop-down list.
Verify that the Shockwave Flash Object is installed and enabled.
If you do not have the Shockwave Flash Object installed you will need to install the latest version.
To do this, go to http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer.
Once installed, refresh your browser to view the floor plan.
Verify that Internet Explorer is not blocking Active Content.
The options in the Internet Explorer Information Bar allow you to enable active content or scripting that you are trying to run in
the browser on a case-by-case basis. When the Yellow Information Bar appears at the top of this window, click on it and select
Allow Blocked Content to run the floor plan.
Verify that your pop-up blocker is not preventing the floor plan from appearing. Follow these brief instructions to ensure your
pop-up blocker is not blocking this site.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Pop-up Blocker. Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
Or click on Pop-up Blocker Settings and add this website to your exception list.
